In the Industrial Harbour of Bremen we welcome you at our 85,000 sq m operating area which disposes of an optimum infrastructure: immediate access to shipping, rail connection and direct link to the nearby highway.
Our portfolio is well diversified and precisely tailored to the needs of our customers. For national and international shipping companies and leasing enterprises we have been realizing repair, maintenance and storage of all kind of boxes.
Container trading and leasing business are important lines of GCG business, as is the shipping of varied goods such as coffee or wire rods.

Managing Director Gerd Griepe says: “During the last years we have widened and optimized our depot performance – also thanks to our strategic partnerships with companies that are located in the Industrial Harbour as well. The efficiency of shipping and distribution is doing very well, and we enjoy a high esteem by our customers. These are the evident earnings of all our team. Here at GCG we have a very skilled crew on deck.”
Container rebuilding and the manufacture of boxes in special design for specific applications are two more established lines of the GCG portfolio – with a great future potential.
“Our company is expanding but we don’t go for this aim at any price”, remarks Gerd Griepe. “Our main goal is to confirm and strengthen our existing partnerships. This has to be the basis on which we want to grow – in a senseful and well-measured way.”
